How it works
- Choose a membership and tell us who it is for.
- Pay by card on Stripe's secure page. Your card is charged automatically each period until you cancel.
- Sign the waiver for everyone taking part: sign it online before your first visit.
- Manage it yourself in My account: update your card, see payments, or cancel.
Membership terms
Your membership renews automatically: your card is charged the membership price at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in My account on this website, at the front desk, or by email; your membership then stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded for unused time, except where the law requires it. We will email you before the price changes. Ask the staff to put a membership on hold. A membership is for the people named on it, and everyone taking part needs a signed waiver on file.
How to cancel: sign in to My account and press “Cancel membership”, or tell us at the front desk or by email. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
